How this is calculated

This models a hypothetical string of consecutive losing trades that you choose the length of. It is an intentional worst-case stress test, not a projection or a prediction that you will experience a losing streak of this length.
The "disciplined" path assumes flat percentage risk, sized off your current balance, on every trade in the streak, the standard percent-of-account sizing method.
The "revenge" path assumes your risk percentage increases by the escalation rate after every loss, a common pattern of sizing up to try to win losses back faster.
Both paths assume every trade in this scenario is a full loss at the sized risk amount on that trade.
