Are my trades worse when I'm distracted instead of fully focused?

How this is calculated

• Each trade is grouped by the focus level you selected when placing it. Average P&L per group equals total P&L in that group divided by number of trades in that group.
• This tracker resets when you leave the page. Log a full session, or several sessions in one sitting, to build a sample worth comparing. A single trade in a group isn't a pattern yet.
• "Distracted" is whatever you mean by it: on the phone, at work, multitasking, half-watching the market. Be consistent with your own definition across entries so the comparison means something.
• A gap between your focused and distracted averages doesn't prove causation on its own, but it's usually enough signal to change a behavior worth changing.
