How this is calculated
Each entry adds its dollar cost to that mistake category's running total. The categories are then ranked from most to least expensive.
Estimate the cost as the extra loss beyond what a well-executed version of the same trade would have cost, for example the extra size on an oversized trade, or the extra loss from a stop that was moved.
