How many times did I break my own trading rules this week?
Set Your Weekly Tolerance
Set this once at the start of the week. Logging a rule break in the tracker on the right resets your running log.
Your Result
Set your weekly rule-break tolerance on the left to start logging rule breaks as they happen.
How this is calculated
This tracker only exists in your browser tab for this session and resets when you close or reload the page. Log each rule break in the moment for the best signal.
A rule break is any documented instance where you did something your written trading plan explicitly says not to do, such as sizing above your max risk per trade, skipping your stop-loss, or trading outside your approved setups.
Zero rule breaks in a week does not mean zero losing trades. It means you followed your own process even when a trade did not work out.
A rising weekly count, even below your tolerance, is worth reviewing at the end of the week. Pair this with the Personal Trading Rules Card Generator to make sure the rules you are tracking against are actually written down somewhere.
