How many times this month have I widened my stop-loss after entering a trade?

How this is calculated
Widening a stop-loss after entry, moving it further from your entry price to avoid getting stopped out, converts a defined-risk trade into an undefined-risk one after the fact.
Zero widenings is the generally recommended tolerance. This tracker lets you set your own number so you can see exactly how far your actual behavior drifts from that.
This is a manual, self-reported log for the current month only. It clears when you press the Clear Log button and does not save between visits or connect to your broker.
Pair this with the Personal Trading Rules Card Generator to write your stop-loss discipline rule down explicitly, and the ATR Stop-Loss Calculator to set a stop distance you're less tempted to move.
