This tool finds the overlap between market hours and the time you're actually free: before work, during lunch if it overlaps market hours, and after work.
Placing new trades during work hours, outside a scheduled break, is one of the more common ways distracted, half-attention entries and missed exits happen for part-time traders.
Managing or exiting a position you already hold is a different decision than opening a new one. This rule card is about new entries, not emergency exits.
