What stop-loss price should I use when trading an opening range breakout?

Enter the Opening Range

Use the high and low of your opening range window, for example the first 5, 15, or 30 minutes, then set a buffer beyond the far side of the range.

Leave blank to use the range high as your entry (long) or the range low (short).

Defaults to 10% if left blank. A bigger buffer widens your stop to reduce false stop-outs, but increases your dollar risk per share.
