How this is calculated
A position counts as overdue when the actual days held is greater than the originally planned hold you logged for it.
This tool tallies the current session only. It resets when you leave or reload the page, and it does not read your actual open positions from any broker.
Holding a position past your original plan is not automatically a mistake. A thesis can still be developing. The point of this tracker is to make the drift visible so you can make a deliberate decision instead of letting it slide by default.
Total extra days only sums the overdue positions. A position held for less time than planned counts as zero extra days, not a negative number.
