How this is calculated
Each checked statement is worth 1 point, out of 12 total, grouped into 4 pillars of 3 statements each: position sizing, process, emotional control, and capital discipline.
A score of 9 to 12 suggests disciplined, responsible habits across most of these areas. A score of 5 to 8 suggests a solid foundation with specific gaps worth closing. A score of 0 to 4 suggests several core habits are missing at once, which carries meaningful risk to an account over time.
The pillar breakdown matters as much as the total. A high total that hides a zero in one pillar, capital discipline especially, is still worth addressing directly.
This is a snapshot, not a permanent grade. Habits change, and this scorecard is built to be rechecked periodically rather than filled out once.
