How this is calculated
This simulation assumes the same average winner and average loser across all setup grades, and only varies win rate and trade count between "All Setups" and "A+ Setups Only."
Expectancy per trade equals (win rate × average winner) minus (loss rate × average loser). Total P/L multiplies that by the number of trades taken.
Filtering down to only A+ setups usually raises your per-trade expectancy, since it's built from a higher win rate. It doesn't always raise your total dollar P/L, since you're taking fewer trades. The comparison table shows both.
Fewer trades also means less screen time, fewer commissions, and less exposure to the moments that tend to produce impulsive, off-plan trades.
This is a historical scenario model based on the numbers you enter. It doesn't predict your future win rate on either grade of setup.
