How many losing trades in a row have I taken today, and is it time for my circuit breaker?

How this works

• Your current streak counts consecutive losses from the most recent trade backward. Any win resets the streak to zero.
• This tracker counts trade outcomes, not dollars. It works alongside a dollar-based daily loss limit, not instead of one, since a string of small losses can be a discipline problem even if it hasn't hit your dollar limit yet.
• The threshold is a rule you set for yourself before the session starts. Changing it mid-streak because you're two losses in defeats the purpose of having one.
• This tool does not save your log between visits or across days. It's a same-session counter, not a permanent trading journal.
• Hitting the threshold is a signal to stop and reassess, not necessarily a signal that your strategy is broken. Losing streaks happen even inside a strategy with an actual edge.
