How this is calculated
Log each date you traded. The tracker treats back-to-back weekdays with nothing missing between them as one streak, and skips weekends automatically since the market is closed then.
If you log a weekday that is not the very next trading weekday after your last logged date, the missing weekday in between is treated as a day off and a new streak starts from the newer date.
This is a manual, self-reported log for this session only. It does not connect to your broker and does not save between visits.
Fatigue and burnout tend to show up as small, repeated decision errors rather than one obvious mistake. Making the streak visible is the point, not judging any single day of trading.
This is different from the trading break timer, which covers breaks within a single session, and the portfolio checking tracker, which covers how often you check your account, not whether you traded.
