How this is calculated
Recommended focus-block and break lengths shorten as your hours already spent trading today go up, based on common fatigue-management practice, not a measurement of your personal fatigue.
This follows a Pomodoro-style structure adapted for trading sessions: timed focus blocks for active screen time, followed by short breaks to physically step away from charts and order entry.
The timer runs in your browser tab only and resets if you close or reload the page. It cannot stop you from placing a trade during a break.
Use this alongside your daily loss limit and cool-down timer. This timer paces a normal session; the cool-down timer is specifically for after a loss or a limit breach.
