How this is calculated
Each sector's total equals the sum of the position values you log under it. Concentration for a sector equals that sector's total divided by your total portfolio value.
Your largest single-sector concentration drives the score. Under 25% in any one sector reads as Well Diversified, 25% to 50% reads as Concentrated, and above 50% reads as Highly Concentrated.
Positions in the same sector often move together, so a large single-sector concentration can behave more like one oversized trade than several independent ones, even if the position sizes look reasonable individually.
This tool only groups by sector label. Positions in different sectors can still be correlated for other reasons, such as shared interest-rate sensitivity or a shared underlying theme.
