How this is calculated
This tracker only exists in your browser tab for this session and resets when you close or reload the page. Log each post-target trade as it closes for the most accurate running total.
"Giveback" is the portion of today's profit erased by trades taken after you already hit your target. It's calculated as the total loss, if any, from every trade logged in this tracker.
A positive total from post-target trades doesn't mean continuing to trade was the right call, it means you got away with it this time. The relevant question is whether trading past a hit target is a rule you're willing to keep breaking.
This is a manual, self-reported tracker. It does not connect to your broker and does not verify entries against your actual account activity.
If you find yourself using this tracker often, the more direct fix is usually stopping at the target in the first place. A hard stop-trading rule for the day removes the decision entirely.
